Seating Information
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ is a large open-air NFL stadium located at One MetLife Stadium Drive. It is home to the New York Giants and New York Jets, and it also hosts major concerts, international soccer, college football, motorsports, family events, and large touring productions.
For concerts, seating depends on the artist and stage layout. Most major concerts use a mix of field or floor sections, 100-level lower bowl seating, 200-level mezzanine or club seating, and 300-level upper bowl seating. Some productions may include general-admission floor areas, seated floor sections, extended runways, B-stages, or production towers that can affect sightlines.
Floor seats are best when we want to be closest to the artist and feel the strongest concert energy, but they can have blocked views if the crowd stands or if the seats are far back. The 100-level lower bowl is often the safest concert choice because it gives an elevated view while keeping us close to the stage. The 200-level club or mezzanine areas are strong for comfort and amenities, while the 300-level upper bowl is usually better for value and full-stadium atmosphere.
- Concert floor: best for proximity and energy, but visibility depends on crowd height, floor position, and production setup.
- 100-level lower bowl: often the best balance of stage view, sound, and comfort for concerts.
- 200-level club/mezzanine: good for premium comfort, elevated sightlines, and easier amenities depending on the event.
- 300-level upper bowl: usually more budget-friendly, but farther from the stage or field.
- Football seating: the stadium uses lower bowl, mezzanine/club, and upper bowl levels for Giants and Jets games.
- Best sports views: midfield sideline seats are usually best for football because they show the full field and play development.
- Areas to avoid: extreme side-stage concert seats, rear floor sections, deep upper corners, and very high end-zone seats are less ideal when we want close detail.
- Accessibility: MetLife Stadium has wheelchair, low-mobility, and companion seating on all levels.
For the best all-around experience, we should choose lower-bowl or club-level seats facing the stage for concerts, and midfield sideline seats for football. We should always review the exact event seating map before buying because concert layouts can change significantly from one show to another.

Parking at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ is handled through official stadium lots, prepaid event parking, NFL parking passes, public transportation, and nearby third-party park-and-ride options. We should always check the event page before arrival because parking rules, lot opening times, pricing, and transit service can change by event.
